Ford is taking its Bronco’s heritage in off-road racing seriously with the 2025 Bronco Stroppe Edition, named in honour of legendary racer Bill Stroppe – who used factory 4x4s built at Ford to win Baja 1000 in the ’60s and ’70s – including an outright stock victory by factory 4×4. This model perfectly embodies desert racing spirit while offering modern off-road capability.
Colors
Ford announced in 2025 the introduction of the Stroppe Special Edition Bronco trim. This special edition recognizes desert racing legend Bill Stroppe, who prepared factory-built Ford vehicles to win races like Baja 1000 and NORRA Mexican 1000 during his storied career from 1960-1971.
The new trim replaces Wildtrak and honors the spirit of Stroppe-prepped Broncos through an eye-catching palette. Atlas Blue pairs beautifully with Oxford White and Ford Performance’s Code Orange; matte-black hood reduces glare like original Baja Broncos while Stroppe-badged tow hooks and grille script mark it out as special.
Inside, this trim offers a standard 12-inch Ford SYNC touchscreen infotainment system and white instrument panel adorned with orange wordmarks to represent Bronco. That accent color also graces bezel of G.O.A.T drive mode dial as well as grab handles – giving this model its own distinctive flair.
